How billing works
- Sign up with an invite code to get 1,000 starter credits. Starter credits have no expiry during the beta; credits the invite code itself adds expire 90 days after they are added.
- Plans renew every month until an office admin cancels; access continues to the end of the billing period.
- Unused plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
- Upgrades start right away with a prorated charge; downgrades start at the next renewal.
